The three pillar courses and the programming around them.
The parts a program on its own cannot give you.
Issam was running 10.4, already fast, but he knew he had more in him if the right training and coaching was put in place. A year later, that was proved to be right when he broke multiple records. His training was focused on specifics based on what he needed at the time: coordination within explosive movements and overspeed training, which really turned everything up a notch for him. He described the overspeed training as a switch that activated him like never before and played a massive role in his indoor NB records. Shortly after, he ran 9.8 and beat Noah Lyles in an official 100 meter dash. Without the right guidance and personalization that was needed, who knows what would have happened.
That gap between 10.4 and 9.8 is the whole reason TRW exists. Most athletes never get a coach who can see the one or two things actually holding them back, not because the knowledge doesn't exist, but because getting access to it is rare. Which is why Issam collaborated with Luke, a friend and long-time speed trainer of his who's always pointed him in the right direction due to his speed training experience and certification. Luke even introduced Issam to overspeed training long before it showed up anywhere else. Together, Luke and Issam spent the next 3.5 years combining what they knew, testing frameworks, and refining what actually worked, until they created what they now call the 4-Step Speed Enhancement Framework.
This is the program and community we built to do for you what the right coaching did for Issam. Not motivation. Information, applied correctly, at the right time, starting today.
Real speed training is a science,
and most athletes never
get access to it…
Until now.

Use the calculator freeKnow your numbers. Fix your bottleneck. Get faster.
Speed is not one quality. It is three, and almost every athlete is capped by one of them. The calculator scores each pillar separately so you can see which one is actually costing you time.
MSF tells you whether every pound you carry is making you faster, or just making you heavier.
Mass Specific Force is how much force you put into the ground compared to how much you weigh. Your horizontal plyo distances are how we measure that force. The further you travel off one effort, the more force you put down to get there. The calculator takes those three distances, sets them against your bodyweight, and that ratio is your MSF.
That ratio is the thing to track. If you put weight on, your plyo distances have to climb with it, or the extra mass is costing you. If you cut weight, they need to hold or improve, not fall away with the pounds you dropped. Weight moving on its own means nothing. Weight moving while your force goes the right way is what makes you faster.
The calculator does not guess anything. It scores what you actually measured, which means you have to go and measure it first. Take the three tests, then come back and run them.
One test per pillar. The guide has the full protocol for each: how to set it up, how to measure it, and what to write down. Turnover first while you are fresh, force second, speed endurance last.
Read the testsThe calculator lives inside the TRW community, so joining is free and takes a minute. Then it is eight numbers across the three test stations plus your bodyweight, about four minutes to enter. You get an overall Speed Score with a pillar-by-pillar breakdown, your MSF ratio, and where to start based on whatever came back weakest.
Use the calculator freeYour score is not read against some fixed table. It is read against other athletes in your own group, your sex and your school level, so a high school girl is compared to high school girls and nobody else.
That means the calculator is only as good as the pool behind it. Every athlete who runs their numbers makes the comparison groups larger and the scoring more accurate, including for the people who already used it.
It is free, it takes four minutes, and you will know more about your speed than most athletes learn in a season.

Three tests, one per pillar. Take them, write your numbers down, then run them through the calculator. Everything here is measurable, which is the whole point.
Each pillar's weight in your overall Speed Score.
To know you are improving you need a starting point and a tracking metric for each pillar, so progress is a number and not a feeling. That is all these tests are.
Turnover rate is how fast your nervous system and hip flexors can cycle your legs. The 5 for 5 is simple: move your arms and legs as fast as physically possible over 5 yards, inside 5 seconds. Your score is the number of full steps you take.
Added together these give your total HPD, which drives both your force pillar score and your MSF ratio. All three are required. The calculator will not score MSF without them.
You run one all-out 100m and pay attention to your body, not your time. Your first attempt is usually the most accurate one, so take it seriously.
Every score is read against athletes in your own group, your sex and your school level, not against the field. A high school girl is compared to high school girls.
Run them through the calculator and find out which pillar is capping your speed.
